Marc & Jodie Emery

Marc Emery is the infamous “Prince of Pot”, a marijuana activist most known for his essential involvement in the anti-prohibition movement from 1994 onward. He created Cannabis Culture magazine and Pot TV network, ran for office numerous times as a political candidate, and sold marijuana seeds to people in the United States and around the world in order to donate millions of dollars to cannabis policy reform initiatives and activist organizations. He was freed from US federal prison in August 2014 after serving five years for his advocacy and efforts. Jodie Emery is his wife and fellow activist, former editor of Cannabis Culture magazine, four-time political candidate, and a practiced public speaker, appearing at a wide variety of events and in mainstream media. Together, Marc and Jodie run the Cannabis Culture store and vapour lounge, CannabisCulture.com and Pot TV, and continue their activism to end marijuana prohibition.
