Derek Seguin

A seasoned stand-up comedian, Derek Seguin has traveled across Canada to numerous comedy clubs and festivals for both French and English audiences.  His televised appearances include performances at the CBC Winnipeg and Halifax festivals and the Just for Laughs Comedy Special, Oh Canada!  He has appeared on CBC Radio’s The Debaters no less than a dozen times and more recently can be seen in the show’s premiere television season. When not doing stand-up, Derek can also be found working as an actor, host, and narrator.

Derek’s take on all things in life has a Quebecois flare to it that is hysterical for everyone from a corporate to a club audience. His connection with his audiences makes him a fan favourite. Whether he’s ragging on politics or describing life with his children, he brings us into his perspective without preaching any selfish point of view… he’s simply fun to watch and listen to.
